How Fast Will Your Order Ship

We strive to ship your order as soon as we can! If you are a returning customer with valid prescription on file, or have sent us a copy of the prescription when placing your order, your lenses can be shipped right away. If we need to verify prescription with your doctor, it may take a little longer, but usually not more than 24-48 hours. We will keep you posted with respect to processing of your order, and will send an email once it is ready to ship.

Note: If you are ordering a less common prescription, you may have to wait a few extra days while we order it direct from the manufacturer. In particular, special order lenses (marked Custom, Made-To-Order, MTO or XR), may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship.
